CrossFit is a combination of strength training, cardio, and gymnastic style movements all rolled into a fun yet challenging workout that’s pre-programmed yet changes everyday.  Classes are an hour long and are lead by experienced coaches that are their to ensure you are using proper form and help modify movements to help you achieve the workout you need to reach your goals.

RP F.I.T

What is RP F.I.T.? It’s functional intensity training and it is for those who are looking for a great workout that is going to build strength, lean out and burn stubborn fat without the use of barbells.  Class will involve bodyweight movements such as sit ups, squats, lunges, push ups and more.  Weighted movements will be preformed using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and much more to make you stronger and healthier through high intensity cardio workouts.  The workouts will help strengthen your body, burn that stubborn fat and guaranteed to make you sweat! KIDS FIT

KidsFit is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids ages 8-12 to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. KidsFit can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver results while keeping it FUN!
