I was never a fan of going to the gym and lifting weights. I never even thought about joining CrossFit. I used to see my friends posting about it and talking about their growth. So in April 2019 when I saw the ad for a 6 week program I decided to give myself a chance. Try it out and see if I like it or not. Now 3 months in, it was the best decision I ever made for myself. I do not have a single favorite memory because every workout is unique and getting to train with different coaches each day is fun. That would be my favorite memory. What motivates me the most to come each day and train is the fact that every one encourages you and cheer for you to finish the WOD within the time. No one is trying to be better than the other. My biggest accomplishment is getting see the changes my body is going through whenever I am measuring myself. I hope to continue training and see myself progress even further!
