Cherish Woodford

CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids, USAW Level 1

I’m a mother of 4 and a Registered Nurse for 13 years. I’ve always had a passion for helping people. Health and fitness has always been important to me but until I found CrossFit a little over 3 years ago I never found my “place”. I’ll never forget walking into the gym to have my first class being scared to death and wanting to turn around and walk back out. Thankfully I was greeted by a friendly smile before I could and by the end of the hour I knew I found something that was different. Even though it was hard and challenging, I couldn’t wait to come back to learn more. Soon, I went from a mom who just wanted to lose a couple pounds to someone who wanted to see what I was capable of. It was so exciting to do things I never thought Possible. No longer did I worry about the scale but focused on fueling my body with proper nutrition. As great as the physical changes I was experiencing were, I didn’t expect the mental changes. I became a more confident and positive person. I went through some hard times this last few years and as silly as it sounds, CrossFit was a huge factor in surviving with my sanity. It didn’t take me long to know that I needed to help people the way CrossFit helped me. I can’t wait to learn about your goals and help you celebrate them when they’re reached!!

Jason Randall

CrossFit Level 1

From a very young age he developed love for hard work while living on a farm. Having joined the Army right when he turned 17 years old, and 18 years later still currently serving this great country. He has worked out in numerous gyms along the way and has tried most everything that typical gyms had to offer, trying not to get bored. He started CrossFit when he moved to Texas in January 2014, post Graduate School and found what would change everything about fitness for himself! Jason fell in love with this sport from the moment when he did that first excruciating WOD and has never looked back. He received his CrossFit Level-1 in June of 2018. Coach Jason, wanted to become a coach because he has seen the way that CrossFit not only changes people’s lives but also brings the community together as a family. CrossFit is such a huge part in not only his life, but his family life as well. Coach Jason is married to Coach Nicole and you can see them push each other at all times, either at the Box, home garage, or thier frequent cabin WODS up north!
